Returns

Bill's Army and Navy Store offers only best quality merchandise. We believe that you will be happy with all of your purchases. Will work with you to make your shopping shopping experience satisfactory. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

Processing Options

At your request, we will:

    • replace or exchange the merchandise
    • credit the purchase price to your credit card account
    • issue you a store credit for 100% of the purchase price

Unacceptable Returns

We regret to inform you that we will not accept back the merchandise that have been worn, soiled or otherwise damaged after it's purchase.
